Free ISP's + Get Paid to Surf

Purpose:
The purpose of this site is to provide anyone interested with useful info on Free Internet Service Providers and Get Paid to Surf/Get Paid for Email etc. programs that I have tested.

Why pay $20 or $22 per month to an internet service provider when there are plenty of free ISP's that work extremely well? Instead of paying an ISP every month, you can earn money every month by using a Get Paid to Surf/Get Paid for Email program etc.

The difference between paying $20 per month to an ISP as I used to, and making even $20 or more per month for surfing, etc. (which is very easy to do) while using a free ISP, is $40 per month or almost $500 per year.

Free Internet Service Providers:
Click here for a listing of about 16 free internet service providers, along with a brief description of each. Most, but not all of these free ISP's, have ads running on the screen. All have free email. Some will let you use Outlook Express for email. Most use web based email.

Get Paid to Surf Programs/Email etc:

Not only are you paid for the hours that you surf the net at a rate of about $.40 to $.50 per hour, but you are also paid for the surfing of others who sign up with your referal number and those whom they refer, several levels deep, at a rate of about $.05 to $.10 per hour.
